This is the award-winning treat that started Little Apple Treats! An original recipe with toasted almonds, the perfect amount of cinnamon (just a touch!) and lots of vanilla. Made with apple cider from locally-grown fresh-pressed apples. These caramels start as freshly-pressed cider (made from Sonoma County-grown heirloom apples) slow-cooked to buttery perfection using local butter and cream, toasted California almonds, and freshly ground spices. Every caramel is dusted with Pink Pearl apple powder and vanilla bean sea salt to create both a delicious and beautiful treat! A Good Food Award and SOFI Award Winner.
